Commission Process
I work on 100% cotton acid free paper for a high quality finish and long lasting conservation. My watercolours are a professional quality to ensure greatest vibrancy.
Step 1: Choose the size and medium you’d like from the price list below. Then contact me through the contact form below. If what you’d like isn’t listed below email me with what you are looking for and I can quote.
Step 2: Choose photos of your subject/s showing their personality and features, as well as a favourite photo you’d like the painting to be focused on.
To be able to depict your image with greatest likeness I require a high quality photo, taken in natural light. You can send as many photos as you like so that I can get a better idea of the character and appearance of your pet. Please ensure that in at least one image your camera is eye level with your pet.
Step 3: Transfer a 25% deposit and your booking is placed!

Below is my pricing for watercolour and pencil portraits. I offer single and double subject pricing however if you would like:
- Additional subjects
- Full body portraits
- Full background
- Extra details added to your painting
This will also be separately quoted. Therefore I will be able to quote the final price once we have discussed exactly what you would like and I have seen the detail required in your photographs.

Do You Require A Photographer
Photography
The quality and resolution of the photos you provide is extremely important for me to achieve the best likeness of your subject, and I understand that not everyone has a digital camera to hand. Therefore I offer the option for a photoshoot. I work closely with Ben Moulden Photography for my artwork. Our minds are closely linked when it comes to composition and style therefore I work easily from his photography, not to mention the high resolution and crisp quality of his photos, meaning I can pick up the finest points of detail.
So we have decided to collaborate for anyone who would like the perfect photos taken for their artwork! For an additional £90 he will offer a 30 minute location photoshoot in which you will also receive 3 digital edited photos for you to keep.

Fine Art Prints of Your Commission
Would you love to share your painting with friends and family like your Childs school photos?
I offer high quality quality fine art prints, half price when bought with a commissioned artwork. Prints are produced in house with my professional Canon printer.
They are printed on Hahnemuehle German Etching paper with long-lasting pigment inks to achieve rich, vibrant and exquisite gallery quality.
All prints have a premium matt inkjet coating which guarantees outstanding reproduction of colour and detail. The unique velvet like texture adds realistic depth as though it’s the original piece of artwork.

Delivery
If you require delivery, I use Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery. This is a fully tracked and signed-for service that ensures your painting will arrive to you safely. The additional postage and packaging costs are as follows:
